Учет Временного Фактора При Стратегическом Выборе

Abstract

На первом этапе разработки стратегии, менеджеру приходится принимать одно из наиболее важных решений, а именно, выбирать направление развития компании. Важность и необходимость такого выбора доказывалась многими поколениями ученых. Особенность сегодняшнего дня многократное ускорение всех и технологических, и рыночных процессов. Поэтому, на взгляд автора, следует учесть временной фактор на этапе рассмотрения стратегических альтернатив.
