Abstract

Мировая экономика во второй половине XX века вошла в новую стадию развития, характеризующуюся ускоренными темпами научно-технического прогресса и смещением акцентов с периодического обновления производства на перманентные инновации, которые становятся основной движущей силой социально-экономического развития. Во многих развитых странах инновации такого рода превратились в главный источник экономического роста, обеспечения конкурентоспособности разноуровневых образований: национальных экономических систем, регионов и предприятий.
