Abstract

Теоретико-методологические основы инфоком-менеджмента (ИКМ) представлены нами в виде концепции управления организациями, персоналом в условиях современной информационно-коммуникационной среды (ИКС) [. Эта концепция содержит, в частности, 35 принципов ИКМ, и они взаимосвязаны как элементы концептуальной системы. Менеджменту организации, осуществляющей свою деятельность в такой среде и потому применяющей ИКМ, нужно уметь это учитывать, измерять, оценивать
