Abstract

Изучение и повышение эффективности деятельности персонала является одним из приоритетных факторов для конкурентоспособного выживания организации. Поэтому необходимо проводить оценку деятельности управленческого и производственного персонала, который является опорой любого предприятия, и обращать пристальное внимание на уровень внутриорганизационной социальной культуры и самомотивации работников предприятия. Особенно важными данные вопросы являются для предприятий, ориентированных на инновационный характер деятельности
