Abstract

Взаимодействие профессионального образования, работодателей, общественных профессиональных объединений и государственных органов формируют отношения на специализированном рынке труда, ориентированном на производство строительных материалов. Современная ситуация на российском рынке труда отличается сложностью и неоднозначность происходящих процессов. Очевидна необходимость прогнозирования квалификационно-профессиональной структуры рабочей силы для строительной отрасли как в целом по стране, так и по регионам. Потребность производства в качественной рабочей силе формирует характер спроса на рынке труда и влияет на формирование оптимальной структуры профессионального образования.
