Abstract

В современных условиях высшее профессиональное образование (ВПО) все чаще рассматривается как сфера создания благ, реализуемых преимущественно на рыночных принципах, а высшие учебные заведения как важные субъекты национальной и региональной экономики [1]. Не смотря на то, что классический рынок в сфере образования невозможен, рыночная среда и ее основной закон спроса и предложения требуют от вузов ориентации на потребности регионов и отраслей, имеющих стратегические интересы на конкретных территориях
