Abstract

Современное развитие международных отношений выявляет тенденции, направленные на необходимость активного участия стран мира в построении глобального информационного общества. Нехватка информации и отчасти ее секретный характер негативно влияют на имидж страны при определении ее места в мировых рейтингах. Информационная прозрачность участников международной деятельности, скорость получения данных потребителями или инвесторами является средством эффективного функционирования новой мировой экономики и деятельности государств.
