Abstract

Вхождение России в мировое образовательное пространство и принятие Болонской конвенции не только существенно меняют требования к основному гаранту повышения качества образования педагогу, но и предполагают наличие у руководителей школ развитого профессионального мышления, которое реализуется в его способности принимать стратегические управленческие решения, нести личную ответственность за их последствия, выбирать оптимальную технологию управления конкретной школой.
