Abstract

Современные условия хозяйствования вызывают изменения в технологической структуре национальных экономик, происходит переход от традиционной экономики к «новой экономике», «экономике знаний» [2], то есть основанной на знаниях, на активном восприятии новых идей и технологий. Действительность вынуждает предприятия быть гибкими, приспосабливаться к изменяющемуся миру и активно действовать для того, чтобы выжить. Для активизации инновационной деятельности необходимы предпринимательские структуры, отличающиеся высокой гибкостью организационных форм, ориентирующиеся на установление взаимодействия со всеми участниками инновационной сферы. В этой связи необходимы новые формы интеграции, в которых взаимодействие будет наиболее эффективным
