Abstract

Как представляется автору, в исследованиях человеческого капитала в настоящее время слишком слабое внимание уделяется факторам мотивации его формирования и использования. А ведь без наличия внутренних или внешних по отношению к экономическому агенту побуждений не возможен не только сам процесс накопления человеческого капитала, но и теряется возможность его рационального использования.
