Abstract

Сегодня высшая школа является базовым элементом региональной инновационных систем, не только как площадка подготовки кадров для инновационной деятельности, но и как источник генерации знаний, поставщик на рынок конкурентоспособных объектов интеллектуальной собственности, инициатор создания инновационной инфраструктуры, входящей в состав региональной. В связи с этим возникла необходимость выработки эффективной системы формирования и использования имеющегося в высшей школе научно-технического и инновационного потенциала, создание системы управления интеллектуальной собственностью (ИС), позволяющих вузам активно участвовать в создании и развитии рынка инноваций, прежде всего в регионе.
