Abstract

Чтобы быть успешным в современных условиях российской экономики, любому предприятию необходимо особое внимание уделять инновационной деятельности, прежде всего таким вопросам, как обновление производства, реорганизация предшествующей деятельности, замена одних структурных элементов другими, дополнение уже существующих элементов новыми технологиями. Такими объектами инновации на предприятии являются средства производства и технологические процессы; производимая продукция и ее качество; человеческий потенциал и развитие творческой и активной личности; социальная сфера, включая изменение поведения сотрудников организации; организационное развитие
