Abstract

В условиях быстрого роста организаций, смены приоритетов и ценностей, а также для предупреждения кризисных ситуаций, связанных, например, с непониманием работниками новых задач и целей компании, отсутствием необходимых знаний и уровня профессиональной подготовки, сопротивлением коллектива внедрению новых методов работы, недостаточным уровнем мотивации персонала необходимо заранее подготовить персонал компании к неизбежным в связи с указанными фактами переменам.
