Abstract

Сегодня уже всем стал очевиден тот факт, что назрела необходимость стимулировать развитие высокотехнологичных производств, основанных на отечественных научно-технических разработках, которые способны обеспечить конкурентные преимущества предпринимательским структурам в ближайшей и долгосрочной перспективе. Однако добиться повышения конкурентоспособности нельзя без кардинального изменения всей экономической системы управления на уровне отдельного предприятия, отрасли, региона и всего национального хозяйства в целом. В связи с этим требуется проведение социально-экономических преобразований, которые приведут, в конечном счете, к формированию современной высокоэффективной социальноориентированной рыночной экономики
