Abstract

Если под управляемостью понимать способность и желание объекта управления выполнять управляющие воздействия, поступающие от субъекта управления, то понятно, что в самом общем случае для осуществления хорошей управляемости надо прилагать определенные оперативные усилия. Для доказательства начнем с того, что в определенном смысле управление представляет собой целенаправленное косвенное (т.е. неэнергетическое) воздействие субъекта управления на объект управления с целью изменения его поведения, состояния или пространственно-временного перемещения...
