Abstract

Помимо влияния, вызываемого собственными НИОКР, на экономический рост, вторым важным источником технического прогресса для отстающих регионов, является заимствование (технологический перехват) достижений у технологических лидеров. Экономическое обоснование данного явления заключается в том, что большее технологическое отставание, при прочих равных условиях, ассоциируются с большими возможностями для заимствования технологий и, следовательно, с более высокими темпами роста
