Abstract

Если исходить из того, что внешние условия предприятия стабильны, а поведение людей всегда является логическим и поэтому предсказуемым, то процесс принятия решений может быть рационализирован и систематизирован. Он включает в себя серию отдельных шагов: идентификацию проблемы, ее уточнение; задание приоритетов; получение возможных вариантов действий, их оценку; сравнение прогнозируемых исходов при применении каждого варианта с поставленными целями; выбор варианта, который наилучшим образом соответствует целям; обратную связь; корректировку. Однако такая модель не учитывает, что обстоятельства могут быть нестабильными, изменения носить взрывной характер, а недостаточность и нерациональность информации становится нормой.
