Abstract

В настоящее время во всех развитых странах происходит смена экономической парадигмы. Повышается значение стадии распределения в воспроизводственном процессе. В теории и практике хозяйствования растет приоритет гуманистических тенденций, когда сфера нематериальных услуг признается производственной сферой, в которой создается богатство общества, а его творцом, как известно, является человек, его интеллект, дух и этика. При этом человек выступает как многомерное био-социо-культурное существо, субъект и объект деятельности.
