Abstract

Одним из быстроразвивающихся сегментов современного мирового рынка является рынок наукоемкой продукции промышленных предприятий. Его появление есть результат эволюции технологического развития передовых стран, когда все увеличивающиеся затраты на науку и образование потребовали создания в экономике замкнутого воспроизводственного контура, обеспечивающего отдачу затраченных средств, в том числе на расширение базы исследований и разработок и улучшение системы образования
