Abstract

Начало XXI века характеризуется глобальной конкуренцией, быстрыми переменами, еще более быстрыми потоками информации и коммуникаций, растущеей сложностью бизнеса и всепроникающей глобализацией. Скорость перемен стала настолько высокой,что можно говорить о рождении новой эпохи бизнеса и экономики. В результате происходящих процессов на сегодняшнем рынке стали до минировать абсолютно новые фирмы, которые совсем недавно еще даже не cyществовали, а из старых мировых лидеров-гигантов выжили только те, которые сумели научиться двигаться быстрее. Эта, новая экономическая и деловая среда также характеризуются частыми технологическими прорывами, быстроменяющимися правилами игры на рынке, и формированием нового покупателя, приоритеты которого приспособились к этим быстрым переменам.
