Abstract

Существует большое количество методик оценки эффективности компаний и систем управления на их основе. Наряду с «классическими» подходами бухгалтерским и управленческим учетом появился целый спектр методик и систем управления эффективностью бизнеса. Сегодня перед предпринимателями неизменно встают вопросы: «Какую систему управления компанией выбрать? Какие недостатки имеют «классические» и насколько хороши новые подходы?».
