Триада Современных Подходов К Реализации Управленческих Инноваций На Отечественных Предприятиях

Abstract

Несмотря на возможность достижения широкого спектра конкурентных преимуществ большинство российских компаний управленческие инновации воспринимают скорее как исключение, чем правило в бизнесе. На предприятиях черной и цветной металлургии, лесного комплекса, топливной, химической, нефтехимической и пищевой промышленности по-прежнему шире применяются процессные инновации. Для предприятий машиностроения, легкой и медицинской промышленности характерны продуктовые нововведения, в то время как реализация управленческмх инноваций должна быть первым этапом инновационной стратегии развития организации и задавать приоритетное направление последующих преобразований. Тем более, когда решающее значение все больше и больше играет фактор времени.
