Abstract

Только в условиях честной, прямой и предельно конструктивной социально-экономической ситуации возможно повышение интеллектуального капитала россиян главного фактора развития инновационных процессов. В настоящее время экономика России вошла в десятку крупнейших экономик мира, а стоимость интеллектуального потенциала ее граждан сегодня достигает 400 млрд долларов США. По оценке зарубежных экспертов высокого уровня развития своей экономики Россия достигла благодаря успешному воплощению в практику результатов, полученных на поле приоритетных направлений, реализуемых в сфере образования
