Abstract

Среди многих российских предприятий, переживших длительную полосу кризиса, выжили те, которые выбрали инновации в качестве стратегии развития, что обеспечило им достойный уровень конкурентоспособности. Инновационная политика организации является основой для проведения рациональной инновационной деятельности и одним из важнейших инструментов управления инновациями. Она должна способствовать как раскрытию инновационного потенциала сотрудников, так и созданию необходимой инновационной среды предприятия.
