Abstract

Современным предприятиям, функционирующим на рынке услуг, приходится действовать в условиях жесткой конкуренции и сокращения жизненного цикла услуг. Чтобы выжить, предприятия должны концентрировать усилия на достижении наилучшего качества, высокой рыночной мобильности и снижении цен. Кроме того, необходимо принимать во внимание, произошедшие изменения системы ценностей и интересов современных работников, которые требуют для себя большего участия в делах предприятия, большей самостоятельности, гибкости и автономности.
