Abstract

Очень часто на практике мы встречаемся с ситуацией, когда менеджеры, вроде бы понимая, что их главная задача -это руководство производственной деятельностью людей, забывают о Человеке как о Личности, от принятия решений которого по совершению того или иного действия полностью зависит результативность выполнения порученной ему работы. Человек -это всегда основной элемент в управленческой системе.
