Abstract

Актуальность управления интеллектуальным капиталом предприятия определяется спецификой инновационных процессов научно-технической деятельности, проведения опытно-конструкторских работ. А это в значительной степени осуществляется по средствам интеллектуальных ресурсов и интеллектуального потенциала. Превращение интеллектуальных ресурсов в интеллектуальный капитал и эффективное управление им позволяет ускорять процессы производства, выявлять и распространять информацию и опыт, создавать условия для использования и передачи знаний внутри организации, что дает импульс инновационной деятельности предприятий.
