Abstract

Уровень экономического развития государств в XXI веке будут определять научно-технический прогресс и интеллектуализация основных факторов производства. Процесс опережающего роста затрат на науку и образование в структуре материального производства отражается в понятии «наукоемкость отраслей экономики».
