Abstract

Академик РАН ВЛ. Макаров видит в нынешнем кризисе нормальную ситуацию, но... именно для той экономики, где властвуют бумаги и где о реальных инвестициях идут лишь разговоры. Если экономика развивается неверно, однобоко, инновации способны вызывать кризисы. Что и подтверждает текущая экономическая ситуация. Также мы постоянно наблюдаем и то, что информационная экономика способствует кризису. «И только экономика знаний развивается постепенно, подчас даже занудливо, но это не означает. неэффективно. Инвестиции в эту область в принципе не могут регенерировать кризисы».
