Abstract

Автор анализирует перспективы экономического развития Республики Кыргызстан в разрезе креативности. Характеризуются потенциально «прорывные» отрасли экономики в контексте мобилизации ресурсов, включая человеческий капитал. Пути решения проблемы предусматривают необходимость реформирования системы государственного управления, широкого использования ресурсов местной власти и государственной протекции.
