Abstract

В статье анализируется сложившаяся ситуация с информационными ресурсами в сети Интернет, обращается внимание на формирование особого ресурса сети, получившего название контент. Также отмечается наличие тесной взаимосвязи между информацией, знаниями и валовым внутренним продуктом. Указывается на целесообразность привлечения к выполнению функций регулирования в сети не только отраслевых представителей профессионального сообщества, но и лиц, отстаивающих интересы региональной социально-экономической системы.
