Abstract

Муниципальные образования сегодня являются надежной опорой экономики страны. Одним из путей развития их экономик служит применение информационных технологий в различных сферах управления. В мировой практике управления городами достаточно примеров положительного влияния от применения информационных технологий. В нашей стране подобные нововведения практически не применяются. Однако применение новых технологий, в частности информационных, является необходимым условием для дальнейшего развития городов.
