Abstract

За последние 30 лет ценность принятия точных и оперативных решений на предприятиях вышла на первое место, а в условиях развернувшегося экономического кризиса данная проблема приобрела особую остроту. Любое экономическое и конкурентное решение принимается на основе информации, а информационные технологии это современный и эффективный инструмент получения такой информации. Информационные технологии в системе менеджмента на предприятии развивались вместе с совершенствованием систем управления и принятия решений все это время. На сегодняшний день информационные технологии управления предприятием неразрывно связаны с системой менеджмента, являясь единственным эффективным инструментом информационного обеспечения принятия решений на предприятиях
