Abstract

Рассматриваются особенности человеческого фактора в управлении инновационными процессами на промышленном предприятии. Фокусируется внимание на когнитивных и функциональных компетент-ностях успешного инновационного менеджера. Вовлечение в хозяйственный оборот результатов творческой деятельности это основа современной экономики. Сегодня в борьбе за потребителя, приобретение конкурентных преимуществ немыслимо без создания на предприятии инновационной среды, суть которой состоит в коммерциализации результатов новаторской деятельности.
