Инвестиции В Образование При Формировании Человеческого Капитала

Abstract

Человеческий фактор является одним из основополагающих факторов благополучия государства. С инвестициями в человеческий капитал тесно связаны проблемы функционирования рынка образовательных услуг, который, в свою очередь, тесно сопряжен с рынком труда. В статье рассмотрен ряд проблем, связанных с инвестициями в образование. Принятие соответствующих мер как со стороны государства, так и со стороны бизнеса позволит создать систему эффективного взаимодействия между системой образования и рынком труда.
