Abstract

Мировой финансовый кризис, ударил по различным отраслям экономики. Падение индекса деловой активности стало свидетельством изменения ситуации в сфере услуг и серьезной трансформации рыночных стратегий. В докризисный период компаниям сферы услуг была характерна экстенсивность в стратегических ориентациях. В настоящее время вместо некоего общего русла движения сформировалось несколько разных по своей стратегической направленности потоков. По мнению автора, одной из наиболее перспективных в период кризиса интеграционных моделей является франчайзинг.
