К Проблеме Реконструкции Показателей Человеческого Развития

Abstract

Автором рассматриваются два подхода (ПРООН и Всемирного банка) к определению уровня человеческого развития с точки зрения их (подходов) достоинств и недостатков. Для более достоверного и объемного квантирования уровня развития человека предложено реконструировать показатели: 1) индекс развития человеческого потенциала (ИРЧП ПРООН); 2) «Кристалл Развития» («КР» Всемирный Банк). Важно и расширение количества аргументов относительно обозначенных функций. Автор убеждена в том, что именно анализ динамических рядов КР позволит безошибочно определять приоритеты в развитии общества, в наибольшей степени влияющие на возможности человека. Публикация имеет информационно-познавательную направленность и рассчитана на всех читателе журнала.
