Abstract

В статье описывается новый показатель, претендующий на решение т акой непростой задачи, как оценка потенциала развития, который получил название «экономический уровень технологии». Он характеризует обобщенное, или экономико-технологическое качество, как отдельной технологии, так и их совокупности, представляющей на макроуровне обобщенный способ производства. Количественно этот показатель оценивает эффективность данного вида технологии (экономико-технологической системы) с точки зрения общества. С качественной стороны, он представляет собой «уровень примененных знаний».
