Abstract

В статье автор исследует проблему понимания доступности высшего образования в условиях перехода к экономике знаний. В результа те исследований автор предлагает ввести в научный оборот понятие -общая доступность образования, которое, по его мнению, состоит из организационной, академической, территориальной, экономической доступности. Структурирование общей доступности высшего образования создает определенную теоретическую основу для дальнейших исследований проблем доступности высшего образования и разработки методики ее оценки.
