Источники Формирования Ресурсного Потенциала Малых Инновационных Предприятий Японии

Abstract

В статье анализируется современное положение малых инновационных предприятий (МИП) в Японии. Раскрывается понятие «ресурсный потенциал предприятия», исследуются механизмы создания благоприятной экономической среды для функционирования МИП. Автор рассматривает особенности государственной и частной финансовой поддержки МИП, рассказывает о специальных программах по обучению и подготовки кадров и оказанию информационных услуг малым предприятиям. Особое внимание уделено описанию проекта «Технополис».
