Анализ И Критерии Оценки Трудовых Ресурсов (На Примере Тверской Области)

Abstract

В статье представлен комплексный анализ ситуации на рынке труда Тверского региона под углом зрения социально-экономических и демографических показателей. Обозначены проблемы тверского рынка труда, среди которых наиболее существенными являются структурный дисбаланс спроса и предложения рабочей силы, ее низкая территориальная мобильность, застойная безработица в сельской местности. В статье приводятся приоритетные направления государственной политики занятости на региональном уровне и дается количественная оценка показателей занятости и рынка труда.
