Abstract

Автор разъясняет понятие системы управления инновационным развитием малых предприятий гостиничного бизнеса (СУИР), приводится порядок её разработки и внедрения как совокупности работ, выполненных в определенной последовательности, выявляются основные этапы социально-психологической подготовки персонала к внедрению инноваций. Приведены схемы, иллюстрирующие важные положения текста. Материал рассчитан на предпринимателей, работающих в сфере гостиничного бизнеса, и читателей, которые интересуются вопросами инновационного развития в отрасли туристических услуг.
