Abstract

Решение проблем развития сферы ЖКХ в регионах становится все более актуальной и обусловливает необходимость разработки новых методологических подходов. Авторы отмечают, что кластерная организация экономических процессов позволит создать надежную и эффективную модель функционирования жилищного комплекса в рамках инновационной региональной стратегии развития. Материал служит задачам популяризации применения кластерного подхода в жилищном хозяйстве и рассчитан на всех читателей журнала, но в первую очередь на работников сферы ЖКХ.
