О Роли Региона В Формировании Информационного Общества

Abstract

Реальное движение в сторону информационного общества в Российской Федерации началось в феврале 2008 г. с момента выступления В.В. Путина с докладом «О стратегии развития России до 2020 года» [1] и подписания «Стратегии развития информационного общества в Российской Федерации» [2]. Для реализации стратегии развития информационного общества (ИО) предполагается разработать план мероприятий в обсуждении и дальнейшей реализации которого должны принять участие федеральные органы исполнительной власти, органы исполнительной власти субъектов Российской Федерации, представители бизнеса, научных организаций и гражданского общества.
