Abstract

Развитие рынка информационных услуг предполагает большой спектр решений в области управления бизнес-процессами, автоматизации процесса принятия решений, а также всех процессов получения, хранения и обработки данных. Требуется адаптация структурно-функциональных особенностей процесса управления в рамках такого комплекса программно-технических решений, который может обеспечить: обработку больших объемов данных практически в реальном времени, не влияя на производительность существующих процессов и работ в исходных и целевых системах; информационную и коммуникационную поддержку большего количества пользователей, участвующих в процессе принятия управленческих решений; использование своевременных данных, отвечающих требованиям необходимости, достаточности, своевременности и сопоставимости; организационно-экономическую эффективность использования информационных ресурсов.
