Abstract

В условиях инновационной экономики человеческий капитал рассматривается в качестве стратегического ресурса. Можно согласиться с Т. Питерсом, Р. Уотерменом, П. Друкером, Дж. Нейсбитом, П. Абардиной, Н. Гореловым и рядом других исследователей в том, что именно качество человеческих ресурсов становится главным инструментом конкурентной борьбы в XXI в.
