Abstract

Компания «КЛЮЧАВТО» официальный дилер ведущих автомобильных марок Mercedes-Benz, Lexus, Toyota, Hyundai, Mitsubishi, Renault и EvoBus на юге России. Менее чем за пять лет своей работы, следуя стандартам послепродажной деятельности мировых лидеров автомобильной промышленности, в компании разработали и внедрили собственную систему внутренних корпоративных стандартов, которая охватывает всех работников компании вне зависимости от занимаемой должности и исполняемых обязанностей и позволяет точно определить для каждого работника индивидуальную систему показателей деятельности.
