Abstract

Информация все чаше рассматривается как отдельный фактор производства. Компании уже довольно давно управляют своими информационными инфраструктурами документооборотом, компьютерными системами и т.д. Компании также применяют управление содержанием информации, различные виды анализа и обработки которой существуют в настоящее время. Однако в последнее время компании сталкиваются с необходимостью понимать не только, как хранить и перемещать данные, и не только анализировать содержание, но и понимать, кто в компании владеет той или иной информацией, иначе говоря, знанием. Компании должны отдавать себе отчет в том, что они знают. Необходимо понимание того, кто обладает информацией и кому и какая информация нужна. Это знание должно стать связующим звеном между информационными ресурсами компании и их использованием.
