Abstract

Переход к новой эпохе определяется глобальной конкуренцией, значительнъми переменами, ускорением информационных и коммуникационных потоков, усложнением бизнеса и всеобъемлющей глобализацией. Темпы перемен стали настолько высокими, что требуется создание другого типа организаций, способствующего переходу в новую эру бизнеса. Кроме того, новая среда характеризуется «более широким распространением технического прогресса, а также наличием покупателей, приспособившихся к такому быстрому темпу перемен, чьи непостоянные предпочтения пересматриваются со скоростью телевизионной рекламы»
