Формирование Стратегии Государственного Регулирования Деятельности Бизнес-Структур В Сфере Информационно-Коммуникационных Технологий

Abstract

Российский рынок информационно-коммуникационных технологий (ИКТ) демонстрирует положительную динамику на протяжении последних лет, однако темпы роста имеют тенденции к снижению. Так в 2001-м годовой рост превышал 60%, а за последующие пять лет снизился до 20%. Снижение темпов роста рынка в 3 раза, однако, не оказалось пагубным для сегмента программного обеспечения, в котором, напротив, темпы роста ускорились. Это обусловлено двумя основными факторами: усилием государства по борьбе с цифровым пиратством и превращением ИКТ в фактор обеспечения конкурентоспособности
